How do I get my captain login?
We email it from adam@collectivebuilt.com with a temporary password. If you have not received one, email us and we will send it.
What is the team conference fund?
Twenty percent of every order on your team's store goes into your team's fund, starting with orders placed on or after October 1, 2026. Your captain page shows your team's balance and every order.
How do we use the fund?
Your team will get a virtual debit card for the fund, usable for conference tickets, lodging, and team supplies. We are setting the cards up now and will send yours as soon as it is ready.
Why did prices change this year?
Team store prices now match our other church stores. The base price covers a print on the front and the back. Each additional print, like a sleeve, adds four dollars, and sizes 2XL and up add five dollars.
What if something arrives misprinted or damaged?
Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship it at no cost. Because every piece is made to order, sizes cannot be exchanged, so have your guys check the size guide before ordering.
Can orders ship together to me to save on shipping?
No. Every order ships directly to the buyer at real UPS rates, shown at checkout.
When should my guys order to have gear for the conference?
We will announce an order by date closer to the conference. Every piece is printed to order, so earlier is always better.
How do I add a design or change my store?
Send us your artwork as separate PNG files with transparent backgrounds, one graphic per file. If you designed in ChatGPT, ask it in the same chat for each graphic as its own transparent PNG with no shirt or mockup. A mockup picture alone cannot be printed.
How does the Team buy-in button work?
On your captain page, add your Venmo handle, your Zelle email or phone, or both, and your buy-in amount, then Save. A Pay button appears on your store for meals, supplies, and firewood. Your guys pay you directly; The Collective never touches that money. Each tap shows on your list so you can mark it Received once it arrives. Your Venmo handle and Zelle contact are visible on your public store page.
Who can buy from our store, and does it close after the conference?
Anyone with the link can order, and your store stays open all year.
What if I am stepping down as captain?
Email us and we will move the login to the new captain. The fund stays with the team. Each team can also have one co captain login on request.
